Manufacturing Profile

All Alpha Omega ramps, boxes, funboxes, etc. are constructed using the highest quality 3/4" plywood.

Indoor Kits
All indoor kits have 3/4" Medium Density Overlay (MDO) for a durable yet very smooth finished template.

Outdoor Kits
Outdoor Kits have 3/4" High Density Overlay (HDO) for a waterproof, durable and smooth finished template.

All coping is Schedule 40 2" steel pipe (black in ramp photos).

All toe plate material is 11 gauge galvanized steel.

All 2x4 rib placements are routered by CNC for exact positioning and added strength.

In addition, all pre-fabricated components are CNC-machined at Alpha Omega manufacturing facility - nothing is outsourced.
