Manufacturing Profile
All Alpha Omega ramps, boxes, funboxes, etc. are constructed using the highest quality 3/4" plywood. Indoor Kits have 3/4" Medium Density Overlay (MDO) for a durable yet very smooth finished template.
Outdoor Kits have 3/4" High Density Overlay (HDO) for a waterproof, durable and smooth finished template.
All 2x4 rib placements are routered by CNC for exact positioning and added strength.
In addition, all pre-fabricated components are CNC-machined at Alpha Omega manufacturing facility - nothing is outsourced.

All kits are completely pre-assembled components, and clearly numbered for easy assembly.
